What we collect

To process a wedding rental booking, Diana's Weddings collects: name, phone number, email, event date and venue address, the items reserved, payment confirmation tokens, and the source URL (UTM parameters) that brought you to the site. We use Meta Pixel to measure ad effectiveness — that loads only after you accept the cookie banner.

Your rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to limited exceptions (e.g. completed transaction records we are legally required to retain).
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money; if you decline analytics cookies, we will not "share" your information with Meta Pixel.
• Limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive information beyond what's strictly necessary for the rental booking.
• Non-discrimination. Exercising any of these rights will not result in different pricing or service.

How to exercise other rights

Email us at privacy@dianaswedding.com or call +1 (916) 999-9109 with your request. We will respond within 45 days as required by California law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide a signed authorization and we may verify the agent's authority directly with you.
