Terms that apply to every Diana's Weddings rental.

By placing a reservation, signing for delivery, or picking up items from Finance~Gravity LLC doing business as Diana's Weddings ("Lessor"), the renter ("Lessee") agrees to the following terms.
Lessee will keep all rented items in a dry, secure location, away from open flame (unless explicitly fire-rated), pets, and small children unattended. Lessee will not modify, paint, drill, or otherwise alter any item. Items must be returned in the same condition received, normal wear excluded.
From the moment items are signed for at delivery (or picked up) until they are returned in the same condition, Lessee bears the risk of loss, theft, and damage. Damage beyond ordinary wear, loss, and theft are charged at full replacement cost.
A refundable damage deposit is collected per the published rate per item. The deposit is returned within 5 business days of successful return, less any deductions for damage, loss, or late return per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Delivery and pickup happen within the agreed window. Lessee or an authorized representative must be present, or a clear unloading/loading location must be designated. Failure to be available may incur an additional service fee.
Lessee is responsible for obtaining any required permits, abiding by venue rules, and providing safe electrical access for items that require power. Lessor is not liable for items disallowed by a venue at the time of delivery.
Lessee indemnifies Lessor and its agents against any third-party claim arising out of Lessee's use of the items. Lessor's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid for the rental in question. Lessor is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages (lost profits, emotional distress, etc.).
Lessee is encouraged to carry event insurance covering rented items. Lessor's insurance does not extend to Lessee while items are in Lessee's possession.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to acts of God, war, public health emergencies, government action, or other events beyond reasonable control. In such cases, payments are governed by the Diana's Weddings-initiated cancellation clause of the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
This agreement, together with the Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between Lessor and Lessee.
