In short: the third-party venues, vendors and services shown on Diana's Weddings are an informational courtesy directory to help you find local providers. We do not endorse or advertise them, and we are not responsible for any dealings, bookings or agreements you make with them directly.

1. Independent third parties

Apart from our own rental inventory, the venues, caterers, photographers, florists, planners, entertainers and other vendors or services referenced on this website are independent third-party businesses. They are not owned, operated, employed or controlled by Diana's Weddings or Finance~Gravity LLC.

2. Directory is informational only — no endorsement, no advertising

We list these providers solely for your convenience, to make it easier for you to discover options in the Sacramento area. Inclusion in this directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, certification, sponsorship or advertisement of any provider. We are not paid to list them, and a listing does not imply any partnership, affiliation, quality guarantee or vetting beyond general familiarity.

3. Your arrangements are directly with the provider

If you choose to contact, hire, book or pay any listed provider, that transaction and relationship is solely between you and that provider. Diana's Weddings / Finance~Gravity LLC is not a party to it, does not act as agent or broker for it, and does not handle payments, contracts, deposits or communications on the provider's behalf unless we have expressly agreed in writing to coordinate a specific service for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diana's Weddings and Finance~Gravity LLC are not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, services, products, pricing, availability, scheduling, conduct, safety, licensing, insurance, or performance of any third-party provider, nor for any loss, damage, dispute, injury, or additional cost arising from your dealings with them. Any claims must be pursued directly with the provider.

5. Information may change

Provider details (contact information, photos, descriptions, pricing ranges, availability) are provided "as is," may be incomplete, and can change without notice. Please verify all details directly with the provider before relying on them.

6. Our own rentals

This disclaimer applies to third-party vendors and venues. Items rented directly from Diana's Weddings' own inventory are covered by our Rental Agreement, Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
